Once at the dock of Marina Grande you will take the cable railway to get to the famous “piazzetta”, the open-air salon of tourists and high society life. Here you will have the opportunity to walk trough the shopping centre , where small boutiques and tiny craftsmen's shops will tempt you with everything your heart desires.

Not far away from the shopping centre you can find the gardens of Augustus from whose vista over the Faraglioni and the Marina Piccola is stunning. The park, criss-crossed by innumerable alleys and little stairways, is an oasis of green with a magnificent belvedere.
After visiting Capri you will get to Sorrento by hydrofoil. Sorrento is a quiet, enjoyable and charming town famous for its mild climate, the perfume of its gardens and the panoramic terraces that open onto the sea. The city sits high above the sea on an imposing tuff outcrop with deep gorges. The houses are immersed in luxuriant green and surrounded by groves of olive, lemon and orange trees. Sorrento, whose name derives from the word “Sirene” is said to have been the cliffs where the sirens who tempted Odysseus and his men in Homer’s Odyssey sat and sang their songs.
Later an English speaking driver/guide will take you along the Amalfi coast, one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. The scenery is characterized by mighty cliffs that drop in the sea, rich in bays and coves. Your first stop is for photographs over the enchanting town of Positano. The pastel houses are characterised by arched porticos that look onto the sea. Later you will have the opportunity to walk through the narrow streets that run downhill towards the main beach. From here there is a beautiful view of the sea, as well as of the town as it clambers up the mountainside. On the main square of Positano is the parish church of Santa Maria Assunta , famous for its brightly colored majolica cupola which can be seen from everywhere in the town.
After a traditional and delicious lunch at a family restaurant with stunning panoramic views and authentic food you will be driven back to your ship.
